1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or used makeup due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the items.
  3. Ship the Items: Securely package the products in their original packaging and include your RA number. You will be responsible for shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  4. Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your return. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back at no cost, and we will either refund or send a replacement based on your preference.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used makeup products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
